Ask 500 people
By admin | Posted in Applications | No CommentsWeb 2.0 phenom grows each day one such site which embraces this culture is Ask500people.com, (beta) is kinda like Yahoo answers but in real-time. It is a mash-up of Flash, Google Maps and some Web 2.0 technologies. So is it any good? Well it’s a fun way of asking questions and getting a response an hour and a half later. From the answers point of view, you can view in real time where the answers are coming from geographically. This could be good for marketers I guess. When we checked this site we were told: In 1 Minute we’ll be asking 100 random people on hundreds of websites around the world, “Is the US ready for Hillary to be president?”
The voting then commences in real-time, so you can put your country on the map and giggle about it I guess.
