Host Gator is great! I’ve been using their hosting for a while now, and although at first I thought it was some kids reseller site (template theme looks a bit lame) I thought I would sign up and host one of my sites with them due partly to the special offer they had and also their prices . BUT this now pales in comparison to their support, it’s simply superb, not only did they answer support the support ticket really fast, but they actually help you do stuff, in fact they did it for us – not a huge job but they moved the database and site over and fixed a couple of bugs! Another good thing is they are friendly and you can speak to someone on their site most times it seems in live chat. Although one live chat person didn’t know how to fix the database their support did when emailed and subsequently fixed it. Because all service companies are hetrogenous, which means service variability I think these guys have it down to a fine art. Anyway enought hyperbole, if you are looking for a good deal then look no further than this offer they have right now!
