Forum Moderators suck

I’ve never been a real fan of web forums, or message boards as otherwise known, this is primarily because 99% of the time they are patrolled by ‘wanna be cops’, or mini hitlers or just Forum Nazi’s. A recent example is on seo shat I made a post about how this site I found was gaming Google by displaying somewhat disturbing subdomains to rope in perverts whilst it was aimed at kids / youngsters, legitmate post about spamming Google - nothing wrong with that. The next thing I know blam I am permantely banned. I’m not sure what moderators they have over there but I noticed they do have a German patrolling it. Maybe he thought I was promoting my website or something got lost in translation? I think most of their moderators are old farts like this guy who has been awarded top moderator, lol is that boy scout badge for banning people randonly? I made some decent posts about 5 in general, didn’t learn much from the site that I didn’t already know / find out for myself, but whatever, take a look at their little forum badges:

This is not a bash per se at seo shat, but forum moderators in general, I tend to fall foul of their officer-esque court martialing. It’s almost like forum moderators were bullied at school, didn’t have the brawn or fitness to become cops, so settled for being a forum moderator.
Forum moderators go against most things we have the right to: Freedom of speech, there have been some right twats on forums in the past, which put me off using them. I suppose that is one of the benefits of having your own blog you can say what they hell you want. So I will say it: fuck seo chat, and moderators. Ah feel better now
