You can use a number of tools. However I found this site more recently which lists trend data and is pretty neat:

This shows the top 500 gainers and losers within the past day, here is some historical data also.

I like it It’s web 2.0 in style and functionality as it shows recent queries. Read their faq for more info on how it works:
