I get charged for people fucking calling me from international numbers and texts? Hello last time I checked I had no choice if someone wants to text me or call me! Also their online billing is shit. Case in question, it shows money that is owed, that has already been paid! In this day and age why have an online billing system that isn’t real time? Or in the very least 24 hours delayed. This is not difficult to do. Their email account system is NOT working. It never sends me ‘this months bill’, they will then spam call and text to get their monies.

The only thing they seem to be on top off, is getting you to pay bills that are overdue. You get texted, and called daily until you pay even if its a few days over.

The other thing which annoys me, is their monopoly. You get charged for everything! Texts, caller id, the mobile data plan is expensive. Nothing is free or cheap! In terms of global cell phone plans I can confirm Canada and Canadians are getting ripped off. Canadian cell phone plans are still in the dark ages.

They don’t seem customer centric at all. Profit driven companies (sole focus) very rarely last the test of time…
