If you don't like it, tough. You aren't the mod. Us mod's hold the power. If we don't like what you say, we have the right to snuff you out like the pieces of dookie you are. Thats right. All posts MUST be in line with my beliefs and views. I will craft my moderating so that every post, every topic is within what I believe to be the proper opinion. I will make it so every word reflects my world view. The minute you start posting to MY forum (it's not really mine i just moderate it), you leave your right to free speech at the door. That kind of nonsense doesn't fly here.

i am using both Bing and Google and i think both search engines give relevant search results. i would still prefer Google though, because it gives a little bit more relevant search results than Bing.

I agree with the comments here.

What's really an eye-opener, is when you see a picture of the moderator. I've only seen three pictures of moderators, and two of them looked a bit creepy. Only one of the moderators looked somewhat "normal."

I do think most Internet forums should not stray from the subject matter. Having controversial threads like religion and politics is just asking for trouble. And the Nazi moderators can't wait to issue an infraction. If they ban someone for life, they're probably drooling all over their keyboards with a fiendish, gleeful look.

I got used to several Internet forums where there was basically little moderation. You had a long chain. And then I joined several forums that were policed by these Nazi Moderators. It's really hard to abide by their insanely structured rules when you had a lot of freedom on other forums.

I guess all of us have a certain point of view. When the moderator has a different point of view, there's going to be friction. And you're going to lose because they have the upper hand.

Very few of us would spend hours, and hours, and hours moderating forums for free. Hours! Not in this very severe recession and with reduced incomes. The payback must be the power.

I have a beef with the Terms of Service ( TOS ). Dissecting some of them would take hours. They are so long and have tons of legaleze words and terminology. No one reads them. I know these sites have to have certain things there--discussions of rules and regulations to protect the posters, etc. But they're much too long and complicated. In some ways, it may be a set up to issue infractions because you don't read them.

I can't wait until these idiots I see at these town hall meetings join an Internet forum with Nazi moderators. I would guess they'll be banned for life in two mintues.

In a life that is littered with ironies, here's the biggest one of all: His three older brothers - Joe, Jack and Bobby - are eternally frozen in our imagination as the personifications of youth and vigor (or "vigah"). How poignant that our final image of the baby of that family will be as an old man, frail and mortally ill.

His was the most impressive evolution in American political history. Let's be honest; in 1962 the guy was a lightweight. He ran for the Democratic nomination against another young man, Edward McCormick, whose uncle was the speaker of the House of Representatives. During a debate McCormick told him that were it not for his name, his candidacy would be viewed as a joke. It was a point well made. It is obvious when looking at film of that campaign that our boy Ted is in way over his head.

Who would have dared dream all those years ago that this punk kid would one day evolve into the greatest senator ever to walk those halls?

An incredible realization just came to me: Teddy represented the state of Massachusetts for forty-six years, eight months and nineteen days. That is nearly three months longer than all the years his older brother Jack lived on earth. Forgive the cliche that is so overused it has become trite through repetition, but this really is the end of an era.
