But it is not the right way to control kids with knives. I belive that problem children are the result of problem parents. Parents need to be the source for correct living and responsibility. Without proper guidance and a pinch of *tough-love* kids will develop their own ruleset and often times conflict with the laws and customs of the country they live in. I do not think that eBay can be held responsible or blamed for running a completely and purely for-profit company. I would find it a hard bite to chew if somebody told me eBay was intended to be non-profit. So yes, they dont care about the kids with knives problem. But I am sure they would stand by the idea that people need to monitor their childrens activities online and outside the home. Removing people's rights is not the answer to a problem.
