Atora beef suet is used for creating wonderful cakes and pastries etc. You can use Atora beef suet in your cakes such as Jam Rolly Polly. Suet is a beef fat, which will let you make dough as needed in the previously mentioned desert. I have used Atora in many cakes and recipes just recently some lovely Jam cake which English people eat with custard. However mine contained worms, so I didn’t eat it. Suffice to say it went back to Tesco. Yuk.
