I am bizarely impressed how companies can market generic items to specfic demographics or target markets, such as Dualit do with toasters. I mean you take a generic item that makes bread crispy (great invention btw) and then stylize it and put a high price on it. Apparently it does make your toast nice and gives an even burn, but why do people chose to purchase these kind of items when a standard one would probably work just as good?
